Shaun Davey was given the gift of life, and recently had to give it back. This is hard. But Shaun was a happy man who led a happy life and for this we as his freinds are grateful. Shaun first got ill in February 2016. When the cancer was diagnosed, it was terminal, but Shaun decided to be joyful about having had a full life, rather than sad about having to die. Amazingly, how his outlook worked for us.

In spite of his illness, Shaun from time to time visited the club, still enjoyed a flight or two, but most important, still wanted to mingle with his friends. Shaun will be remebered for his dedication and love for the hobby. He spent most of his time helping others than actually flying himself.

Shaun is at peace now. And we will miss our friend at the club. To Desiree and the family, be assured of our most sincere condolences and prayers.
